Snagly

Privacy Policy

Last updated: this reflects what the app actually collects today.

What we collect

When you sign up, we store your email address and password (handled by Supabase Auth — we never see or store your raw password ourselves). When you track a product, we store the product link, name, image, price history, and the target price you set, tied to your account.

Payments

If you upgrade to Pro, billing is handled entirely by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer and subscription IDs so we know your account is paid — we never see or store your card details, which stay with Stripe.

Email

We use Resend to send price-drop alerts and account emails (like signup confirmation). These are transactional emails tied to the tracking you've set up — we don't send marketing email or share your address with anyone else.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to understand traffic to our public pages. It's cookie-free and doesn't track you individually across sites — it reports aggregate page-view counts, not personal data.

Public pages

Prices and product names you track may appear, anonymized, on our public category pages (e.g. snaglyhq.com/gaming-deals) — we never show who is tracking a product, only aggregate price history for the item itself.

Retailer data

Product prices come from eBay's and Best Buy's official APIs — we don't scrape retailer websites. See our affiliate disclosure for how we're compensated when you click through to a retailer.

Deleting your data

Email hello@snaglyhq.com and we'll delete your account and everything tied to it.
