Cancelling Pro
Snagly Pro is a $4/month subscription, billed via Paddle. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard — cancelling stops future billing, and your Pro access continues through the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't offer partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period.
Billing mistakes
If you were charged in error — a duplicate charge, a charge after you'd already cancelled, or anything that looks like a mistake — email hello@snaglyhq.com within 14 days of the charge and we'll issue a full refund.
Paddle as merchant of record
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as the merchant of record for all Snagly subscriptions. Paddle may apply its own buyer protections on top of this policy; see Paddle's buyer terms for details.
